MCube supported a large hotel portfolio securitization by preparing the financial model and core transaction materials, including the rating agency tape, credit memo, and securitization term sheet support. The team worked across both individual asset-level detail and consolidated portfolio-level analysis, helping translate a complex multi-property pool into a structured, review-ready execution package.
MCube helped transform a large, fragmented portfolio file into a usable underwriting package. The team validated existing data fields, identified missing information, and supplemented the file using offering memoranda, loan documents, and portfolio data tapes. MCube then performed underwriting based on rental information and expense assumptions, helping create a cleaner and more complete basis for portfolio analysis.
MCube created and validated the securitization data tape for a 128-loan SFR pool, working from source documents and making required updates across the loan file. The team also prepared three additional data tapes: a property tape covering quantitative and qualitative details for approximately 2,100 properties; a lockbox tape capturing recourse, non-recourse, cash management, and lockbox information; and a borrower financial tape summarizing borrower-level financial data. This work helped convert dispersed source materials into structured, transaction-ready information.
