MCube completed full underwriting for more than 300 small balance loans, supporting due diligence, borrower follow-up, re-underwriting, deal recommendations, and credit memo preparation. The team worked through missing documentation, analyzed underwriting and diligence materials, and helped move deals through review under compressed timelines. For one specific acquisition involving a 14-property portfolio, MCube completed the full re-underwriting process within five business days, giving the client rapid credit support when timing was critical.
MCube prepared more than 500 Asset Summary Reports for capital markets executions. The team validated existing data fields, incorporated missing or required information from mortgage transaction narratives, third-party reports, and loan documents, and completed detailed strengths and risks analysis for each deal. The work helped convert complex source materials into clean, consistent, securitization-ready reporting.
MCube performed full due diligence and underwriting for a $252 million, 111-property conventional multifamily portfolio using two separate client-provided underwriting models. The underwriting phase was completed in less than two weeks. After the underwriting review, MCube also supported loan closing by working on final commitment letters and operational repairs letters, helping the client move from diligence to execution.
MCube partnered with Seller/Servicers and DUS Lenders to support due diligence, full underwriting, and credit memo submission for more than 80 Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae executions. The team helped organize deal information, review underwriting materials, and prepare lender-facing credit deliverables aligned with agency execution requirements.
