Mr. Raisinghani is Chief Operating Officer, Operations at MCube Financial LLC, where he leads the firm’s India operations and oversees delivery across underwriting, valuation, analytics, and technology-enabled execution.

He brings more than two decades of experience at the intersection of U.S. commercial real estate finance, institutional delivery, and operational transformation. His work has focused on building scalable, process-driven execution models that combine real estate finance expertise with disciplined technology-enabled workflows.

Mr. Raisinghani has led underwriting and analytical execution for more than 50 major loans totaling approximately $13.6 billion. He has also overseen the digitization of collateral valuation processes for portfolios comprising more than 3,200 properties.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Raisinghani spent six years with Helix Financial LLC, MCube’s predecessor company, which was later acquired by BlackRock Solutions. At Helix, he led commercial real estate underwriting and valuation projects across multiple client mandates.

In his current role, Mr. Raisinghani focuses on operational scale, delivery quality, process automation, team development, and client experience. He holds a master’s degree in Finance from Ashcroft International Business School in Cambridge, United Kingdom.
