Mr. Khandelwal is the Founding Principal and Managing Partner of MCube Financial LLC. He brings more than 23 years of experience across banking, commercial real estate finance, structured finance, asset management, and technology.

Before founding MCube, Mr. Khandelwal served as Executive Director and Head of Asset Management for the Beekman Helix India real estate fund. Prior to that, he spent more than 10 years at Bank of America, most recently as Program Manager in the Real Estate Structured Finance group. In this role, he supported the origination, pricing, and structuring of fixed-rate and floating-rate commercial mortgages across property types for securitization.

Mr. Khandelwal led the structuring team for more than 75 fixed-rate and floating-rate CMBS securitizations, representing nearly $100 billion in volume. He also led the CMBS Servicing Valuation group for those transactions and was a member of the team responsible for CMBS portfolio loan asset management, with a focus on risk management and collateral protection.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Khandelwal held technical management roles at Fortune 100 companies, including IBM and TRW.

Mr. Khandelwal holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, an MS in Computer Science from Wayne State University, and a BS in Electronics and Telecommunication from Shri G.S. Institute of Technology and Science in India.
