Ms. Bali is Senior Vice President, Human Resources at MCube, where she leads human resources strategy and employee relations across the firm’s India and U.S. offices.

She brings more than two decades of professional experience, including more than 20 years with MCube and its related group entities. In her role, she oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent development, policy formulation and implementation, compensation, and benefits.

Ms. Bali has also led initiatives focused on technical training, soft-skills development, employee engagement, and organizational development. Her work supports MCube’s ability to attract, develop, and retain the talent required to deliver consistent client service.

Prior to joining MCube and BHI, Ms. Bali held roles at Soltius, an information technology company later acquired by AgreeYa Solutions; EAN India, an autonomous nonprofit body under India’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry; and Sony Pictures Entertainment.

Ms. Bali holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from the University of Delhi. She also holds a Diploma in Business Administration from IMT Ghaziabad, a Diploma in Human Resources from IIM Calcutta, and certifications in behavioral skills training and advanced facilitation.
