Ms. Hopler is Director of Operations at MCube Financial LLC, where she leads the structuring and underwriting of commercial real estate loans.

Ms. Hopler brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and financial services. Her background spans business development, underwriting, credit analysis, investor reporting, surveillance, and transaction execution. Her underwriting experience includes more than $9 billion in permanent debt across CMBS, balance sheet, and agency executions, covering all major property types.

Prior to joining MCube, Ms. Hopler was an Associate at Situs, where she managed multiple business lines, including financial analysis, investor reporting, trigger management, project management, B-piece surveillance, and loan sizing. She also led the development and implementation of underwriting processes aligned with client guidelines, supported CMBS investor reporting, conducted loan-level financial testing to assess default risk, and contributed to database development and management.
