Mr. Jain is Assistant Vice President, Operations at MCube Advisors Private Limited, where he supports analytical delivery across loan sizing, underwriting, and securitization functions.

He brings approximately 14 years of experience across financial analysis, commercial real estate evaluation, underwriting, and sizing-focused engagements. In his current role, he is responsible for supporting analytical accuracy, process adherence, and consistency in client deliverables. He works closely with cross-functional teams to execute within client requirements and internal quality standards.

Mr. Jain began his career in 2013 with Silverskills Pvt. Ltd., where he gained hands-on experience in commercial real estate underwriting, loan prescreening, and asset management. This experience provided a foundation in real estate finance, credit analysis, and underwriting principles that he has continued to build upon at MCube.

Mr. Jain holds an MBA in Finance from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune.
