Ms. Arora is Managing Director of MCube Financial LLC, where she oversees client deliverables across the firm’s Agency Underwriting and Securitization verticals.

She brings more than 14 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and financial services, with expertise spanning loan origination, underwriting, credit, debt distribution, and mortgage servicing. Her underwriting and origination experience includes more than $2.5 billion in permanent debt across CMBS and agency executions, covering major property types and asset classes. She has worked with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, investment banks, real estate funds, asset managers, rating agencies, servicers, and institutional real estate investors.

Ms. Arora began her career in 2006 with Helix Financial LLC, MCube’s predecessor company, which was later acquired by BlackRock Solutions. At Helix, she worked on commercial real estate underwriting and valuation assignments, loan prescreening, asset summary reports, B-piece underwriting, CREFC reporting, rating agency data tapes, and lease abstraction for lenders and law firms.

She also held a role at Jones Lang LaSalle, where she supported client portfolios across multiple countries. Her responsibilities included lease abstraction, form customization, event reporting, expiration reporting, rent variance analysis, budget reporting, and payment-file reconciliation.

Ms. Arora has strong working knowledge of real estate and finance technology platforms, including Closer, Rockport, OUS, Backshop, ARGUS, Solomon ERP, and OneView Lease Administration.
