Management Team
Our senior leadership team in the US possesses over 100 years of real estate experience, with all managers having previously worked at large financial institutions such as Bank of America, BlackRock, KeyBank, Lincoln Financial Group and Freddie Mac. Our deep understanding of real estate in general and CMBS in particular from both the principal and lending sides of the business provides an unparalleled platform to offer clients the expert advice required for complex transactions.
Management at our delivery center in Gurgaon, India has been with the company and predecessor firms since 2004 and has built up substantial domain knowledge on US and European real estate and combines this with extensive experience in operating teams on large projects, under tight time constraints, across different time zones.

Sudhanshu Khandelwal
Founding Principal & Managing PartnerMr. Khandelwal has over 23 years of experience in banking and real estate. Previously, he served as Executive Director – Head of Asset Management at Beekman Helix India real estate fund for two years. Prior to that Mr. Khandelwal worked for over 10 years in various capacities at Bank of America – most recently as a Program Manager in the Real Estate Structured Finance group. At Bank of America, he supported origination, pricing and structuring of fixed and floating rate commercial mortgages on various property types for securitization purposes. He led the structuring team for more than 50 fixed and floating rate CMBS securitizations totaling nearly $80 billion in volume and also led the CMBS Servicing Valuation group for these securitizations. In addition, Mr. Khandelwal was a member of the team responsible for CMBS portfolio loan asset management, assisting in risk management and collateral protection.
Additionally, Mr. Khandelwal has held positions as a technical manager in Fortune 100 companies such as IBM and TRW in various capacities.
Mr. Khandelwal holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and an MS in Computer Science from Wayne State University. He holds a BS in Electronics and Telecommunication from Shri G.S. Institute of Technology and Science in India.

Joseph Kelly JR
Chief Operating Officer – OperationsMr. Kelly currently works as Chief Operating Officer working from MCube headquarters in Charlotte, NC.
An accomplished professional, Mr. Kelly brings with him a wealth of practical operational and leadership experience with more than 2 ½ decades in the Commercial Real Estate investment, banking, and structured finance industries. Mr. Kelly has hands-on experience with all asset types, debt and equity products and various types of structured transactions. Mr. Kelly has worked with Fitch and Kroll bond rating agencies for over a decade, where he managed the ratings process for new issuance CMBS, SASB transactions and agency securitizations.
Mr. Kelly has also worked for Aareal Capital corporation, a German bank, where he contributed to the management of the credit and operational process for loan originations, portfolio management, debt restructuring/workouts, as well as the overall credit risk and lending strategy for the bank.
Most recently, Mr. Kelly has worked as an independent commercial real estate consultant, where he advised and consulted clients on a broad spectrum of Commercial Real Estate engagements including, securitization, loan workouts/debt restructurings, debt placement, underwriting, as well as Federal Reserve Board regulatory advisement. Mr. Kelly has also managed, mentored and trained teams of commercial real estate professionals throughout his previous roles.
Mr. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University and is a Certified Public Accountant from New York.

Anshu Arora
Director – OperationsMs. Arora currently serves as a Director of MCube Financial LLC. In this capacity, she is responsible for managing the client deliverables for Agency UW and Securitization verticals.
Ms. Arora has over 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance and financial services industries in varying capacities including loan originations, commercial real estate underwriting, credit, distribution of debt, and mortgage servicing. Her underwriting and origination experience includes over $2.5 billion in permanent debt (both CMBS and Agency) across all major asset types and classes. Her experience includes working with lending institutions including Freddie, Fannie and HUD agencies, investment banks, Real estate fund / asset managers, rating agencies, servicers and real estate investors.
She started her career in 2006 with MCube predecessor company, Helix Financial LLC (later acquired by BlackRock Solutions in January 2010), where she was involved in commercial real estate underwriting and valuation assignments, pre-screening of loans, asset summary report preparation, B-piece underwriting assignments, preparing CREFC reports for servicers, preparing data tapes for rating agencies and lease abstracts for lenders and law firms.
Additionally, Ms. Arora has held position at Jones Lang LaSalle, where she gained extensive exposure in handling various client portfolios, located in several countries. At JLL, she was responsible for reviewing and managing abstraction, abstracted lease documents and form customization, preparing Events Reports, Expiration, Rent Variance Reports, Budget Reports and reconciling payment files.
Ms. Arora has excellent knowledge and understanding of real estate technologies like Closer, Rockport, OUS, Backshop, ARGUS, Solomon ERP and One View Lease Administration

Robert Sinewick
Director – OperationsMr. Sinewick currently serves as a Director of MCube Financial LLC. In this capacity, he is responsible for directing and managing the CMBS, Balance Sheet and Bridge/Other Underwriting verticals for the company, ensuring the delivery of quality product, timely servicing and managing client relationships and expectations across the related platform.
Mr. Sinewick has over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance and financial services industries in varying capacities including loan origination and business development, underwriting, credit analysis, portfolio and asset management, real estate capital markets, warehouse lending, loan workouts and securitization comforting. His underwriting experience includes over $10 billion in permanent debt (CMBS/Balance Sheet/Construction) involving all major property types.
Prior to joining MCube Financial, most recently as Vice President, Mr. Sinewick has served in various roles across Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate Platform. Prior to Wells Fargo, he served as an Associate for Blackstone’s 2013 start-up, B2R Finance, structuring and underwriting Single Family Housing (SFH) assets and portfolios.
Mr. Sinewick holds a BS degree in Business Administration, Finance and Economics from Bryant University in Rhode Island.

Sumeet Raisinghani
Chief Operating Officer – OperationsMr. Raisinghani is a passionate, hands-on and result oriented business leader with a proven track record of building successful businesses from the scratch.
During his 16+ years of career which includes 10+ years of leadership experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry, Mr. Raisinghani played a pivotal role in setting up and evolution of various successful outsourcing delivery models.
In his current role of COO (India) with MCube Financial LLC, Mr. Raisinghani builds & develops winning teams, including next generation of leaders for the Company. He is deft at engaging decision makers, devising winning strategies, and managing change within the fast-paced, high-pressure environment using experience-backed judgment, strong work-ethics, and irreproachable integrity. His focus has been on increasing competitiveness, improving customer experience, improving employee engagement and increasing the depth of services.
Previously Mr. Raisinghani has worked with MCube’s predecessor company, Helix Financial LLC (acquired by BlackRock Solutions in January 2010), for approximately 6 years. During his tenure with Helix, Mr. Raisinghani was responsible for leading various CRE Underwriting and Valuation projects.
Mr. Raisinghani holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Ashcroft International Business School, Cambridge, UK.
Vishnu Sharma
Vice President – OperationsMr. Sharma is currently serving as Vice President of MCube Financial LLC. In this role, he is responsible for leading the entire operations team in India including commercial underwriting, agency underwriting, securitization, lease abstraction and loan sizing.
Mr. Sharma has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, reporting and analytics. In his current role with MCube, Mr. Sharma is responsible for ensuring timely and quality deliveries to the clients by liaising with MCube US team, training and mentoring the team, innovation and process improvements. Mr. Sharma has successfully delivered complex underwriting projects of US $ 4.4 billion for the leading banks and financial institutions.
Mr. Sharma started his career in 2006 with MCube’s predecessor company, Helix Financial LLC (later acquired by BlackRock Solutions in January 2010), where he was involved in commercial real estate underwriting, B-piece underwriting, pre-screening of loans, preparation of asset summary report, and securitization data tape projects. Prior to joining MCube in 2015, Mr. Sharma worked with HSBC Bank and Genpact where he was responsible for reporting and analytics for the senior management.
Mr. Sharma holds Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications.

Sonia Bali
Vice President – Human ResourcesMs. Bali currently serves as Vice President- Human Resources at MCube. In this role, she is responsible for leading various HR strategies and employee relations across MCube offices in India and USA.
Ms. Bali comes with over 2 decades of work experience. She has been with MCube for over 15 years and has been providing full spectrum of HR services to MCube Group. In her various roles at MCube, Ms. Bali oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent development, policy formulation and implementation and compensation benefits. She has led initiatives geared to the implementation of technical and soft skills, corporate programs for employee engagement and training and development.
Prior to joining MCube / BHI, Ms. Bali worked with Soltius, an Information Technology Company later acquired by AgreeYa Solutions; EAN India, an autonomous non-profit body of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India and Sony Pictures Entertainment.
Ms. Bali holds Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with Honors from the University of Delhi. She also holds a Diploma in Business Administration from IMT Ghaziabad, a Diploma in Human Resources from IIM Calcutta and is a Certified Trainer in Behavioral Skills and Advance Facilitation.
