A client turned to MCube to manage a 72 unit multifamily REO asset and reposition the property for future sale. At the time MCube began managing the asset, the property was operating at 59% occupancy and had significant deferred maintenance. The management team at MCube recommended an efficient capital plan that minimized the client’s investment, while achieving maximum marketability. The client accepted the recommended capital plan, and within the first year of MCube managing the asset, occupancy at the property increased from 59% to 93%. MCube’s experienced management team effectively repositioned the property and maximized the client’s potential return on the asset.

Underwrote $300 million Non-Performing European Mixed-Use Portfolio
A client sought MCube’s assistance in re-underwriting multiple large portfolios of non-performing European assets. The scope of the project included developing automated underwriting models, preparing business plans and workout strategies, completing appraisal reviews, providing summaries of market and property data, and preparing marketing material for the non-performing assets. MCube completed this assignment over the course of 13 weeks.
